We all know in regards to the importance of exercise. We heard doctors, nutritionists, and fitness experts talk with regards to it all the time on television. It is all over the press. But, when it is time to walk the walk, it just is not happening. Why? Because, it may be very difficult to keep yourself motivated to do a boring every day exercise regime. Some of us have a lot on the plates to deal with like kids, mortgage payment, etc. Nevertheless, we recognise we need to exercise to stay strong. So here are a good deal of tips that may keep you motivate for your each and everyday exercise.
• Make exercise fun as much as possible. Let’s face it. If it is boring, not a single soul wants to do it. People who may exercise steadily have fun doing it. For instance, if there is a sport that you specially like, play it.
• Don’t exaggerate it. Moderation is the key. Remember, it is not a rat race. You don’t need to compete with anybody. You exercise for yourself. If you have been inactive for a long time, begin slowly.
• Listen to music when you exercise. When you listen to the music that you like, the brain releases chemical which keep you happy and entertain.
• Surround yourself with supportive people. Exercise is much posing no difficulty when you have persons with the same mindset to do it with. If your friends are inactive, join the gym. Obviously, people who join the gym want to get into more salubrious lifestyles.
Finally, if you drop out of your exercise regime for a little bit, do not feel so discourage. Get back on the bandwagon. Remember, you are doing this for yourself.

first, you should set up a schedule, because your more likely to be consistent if you have a specific schedule to follow. INCLUDE exercise in your “day,” don’t feel as though you have the day off with free time until you’ve exercised. after, you will feel so great know you’re becoming healthier every day, and you’ll want to keep doing it!

Set aside time to exercise. You want to get to the point that you feel bad for skipping a day of working out.
If your problem is that you just don’t have the energy to do it, look into NO products like SuperPump250 or NO X-plode.

you just have to BRING IT! you do your best and forget the rest…

Set short term goals… Like don’t say “I want to lose 50 pounds”, say “I want to lose 10 pounds” and then just keep adding on as you meet that goal, or “I want to be a size xyz one month from today” and make them obtainable, don’t set goals that are super hard, start small and work your way up, it makes you feel like you are seeing results… So many people get burnt out when they set long term goals because you are waiting and waiting and waiting and then you just give up… Also, find time to work out at home… See how many sit ups you can do during a comercial break, relax a little, then try to do better during the next comercial break. Or work out before you go to bed… That works great for me. Helps me sleep too.

I face the same problem. When you have a super hectic schedule to can be very hard to find a way to workout. That’s why I do my workout first thing in the morning. Even if you have to hit the gym at 5 like me you can still get a great workout. You will naturally have energy to go to work because you must do it. That’s why its so much easyer to just not work out, because nobody forces you to do it. I set my favorite pump up song as my alarm clock so I will want to get up n face the day. Once you get into the rythem you will notice that working out daily will actually give you more and more energy. Give it a try, what do you have to loose but some pounds?

-better for sports
-look more attractive to girls or the one special girl
-live longer
-gain faith in yourself
-to be able to say “i CAN do it”
-prove people wrong
-increase *** drive
-spend less on food if you are slimmer
-the more you do it the more fun and easy it is
-inspire others around you
-do it because u can and because it is not the end of the road.
- (if male, ***** will look bigger…1 inch per 35 lbs)
- (if female, ***** will look bigger because the waist will give the effect of bigger boobs, BUT if they are to big right now, they cud shrink and be a better size.)
hope this helps

This is a tough one but basically you need to commit to exercising and decide that it is going to be part of your daily routine like brushing your teeth is. Here is a good article on that:
