    Hello, there are several factor that can be the cause of these pains. I will try and list them and explain the best I can.
    1. Its always best to stretch before and after working out. It helps in building new muscle fibers and get the lactic acid away from muscle tissue.
    2. If you know that working out brings on a headache then try and take an asprin to help thin your blood slightly for better circulation Or something like excedrine migrane because it has caffine and its a vasodiolator and will help increase your blood flow and circulation. Headaches are usually cause by restrictions in the vessels around the brain. Just like a traffic jam if you widen the road more cars can get thru.
    3. If you are heavy chested (Blessed) then you need to make sure you have proper support to minumize movement and this will help support your back and reduce risk of pain and injury.
    4. To improve back pain releif you need to focus on your stomach muscles! They work to help your back and stablize your midsection. I know it sounds weird to say work the front to strengthen the back. But its true!

    If none of these help then talk to your doctor because it may be a problem with poor circulation and it needs to be checked.
