By Fitness Enthusiast
If you are looking to learn regarding kettlebells and what they may do for you – this is the book.
I have been looking at persons working out with kettlebells at my gym in nyc and was marveling what they were all about.
Someone noted that Lorna Kleidman was an International World Champion and that she was coming out with a book. I ordered the book and a kettlebell last week and received my copy of the book yesterday. It is fantastic. It without doubt or question explains what a kettlebell is and what it may do for me. I tried my original workout today and it is everything Lorna claims it is. I couldn’t believe how much my heart rate increased. It was like doing my regular cardio workout while getting the gains of strength and endurance training at the same time. As a mother with a 1 year old baby, I have been busy juggling motherhood, work and pleasure, while at the same time attempting to get to the gym so I may get back into the fantasti shape I use to be in. I may already see where this will not only aid me get back in shape and aid me regain the energy I need to to get through my day, but will also support me in numerous of my every day actions with my baby. I felt the workout through my entire core, butt, legs and arms. It was outstanding and actually time efficient.
My husband plans on getting a heavier bell and working out with me so we may learn the proper movements together.
Will keep you posted as we work our way through the myriad of drills.

5Great book
By Ehleighen
I’m comparatively new to kettlebells, possibly 2 weeks in. I purchased a GoFit brand that came with a short introductory video, and was hooked! I’ve always been a lazy person who hated exercise, and kettlebells are something I look forward to. I searched around for a week or so, debating in regards to buying a workout DVD or settling amongst a few books, and after reading a good deal of reviews I decisive on this one, plus you can’t beat $10 for a book! I was not disappointed. It has a outstanding introduction to how she got started and the gains she gets, plus a brief story on the history kettlebells. Then great illustrations of galore kettlebell exercises, and 3 dissimilar workout plans so you may progress to something more challenging as you get more fit. Very clear and concise. I’m very pleased I picked this book. It’s aweinspiring how much your heart rate goes up with just a few swings of the kettlebells, what a outstanding workout!

5Like having your own personal trainer
By Robert J. Bright
Buying this book: Lorna Kleidman’s Body Sculpting with Kettle Bells: was plainly the best thing I have ever done. My friend Jo introduced me to kettlebells and she took me through a work out session and I loved it straight away. I started on using kettle bells 3 times a week but with no real direction but did feel little changes in my shape.
I have always had to worry when it comes to my weight and staying a UK size 12 took effort. During my pregnancy I ate anything and everything in sight as I saw it as a right of passage (silly girl). For months after my sons birth I did not one thing and just hoped the weight would fall off….magically. For months I have been sentiment down and sentiment wholly useless as I just could not shift the weight.

Jo calls me one day and tells me when it comes to Lorna Kleidman’s Body Sculpting with Kettle Bells book and that I just have to get it……well as I said before: that was one of the best things I have ever done.

I have just finished the silver program and I can’t actually believe that this is my body. My core has never been this strong and my thighs…..wow they are like rocks. So a great deal of humans have noticed the divergence in me and I feel fantastic. I am so excessively affected emotionally regarding the alter in my shape and the weight is now coming off. My arms have never looked this good. I just can’t believe more persons don’t recognise when it comes to this book (something which I intend to change).
I feel in control of my life again and feel like I have more energy. I have never looked forward to a workout but now I get so excited. The book is so well structured and helps you perceive technique which is critical for results. It is severe like having a personal trainer!!!!

Get this book and try it……..it’s fantastic!!!!
