I’ve found a outstanding exercise program that will work just as well for stay at home moms as it will for busy working women. This program may adjust to fit your schedule no matter how busy you are. You may be in the same boat I was in before starting the P90 program. I was sticking to an exercise and eating plan very well, but I just wasn’t seeing results. In the end I realized, my caloric intake was too low and I wasn’t concentrating on the right kind of exercise.

I asked for the P90 program for my birthday and started it right away. Mine came with everything I necessitated – a band for the resistance workouts, dvd’s with the exercise programs on them, and it likewise came with an easy to follow flip chart for meals to prepare. The meals are sorted in categories of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You get to choose one from each, and then choose a couple of snacks. No matter which ones you choose, you’re getting the right amount of calories. The meals are actually good too. After a while, I wanted to branch out a little, but by then I had a good idea of how to make the right feed choices.

The exercises are awesome. I was frighted that the DVD’s would be actually cheesy, like a lot of exercise DVD’s may be. These are actually in truth straightforward and the workout is great. I could feel the divergence right away. I’ve had the best results from doing this program out of anything else I’ve tried to do. I commend it to all my friends. Can you tell I liked this book?

Seriously! What I liked best is that it altogether helped me distinguish & “work through” 2 major stumbling blocks that were keeping me from incorporating exercise into my life.

First, I used to believe that if I didn’t do at least 30 minute workout – it wasn’t worth it to do any. Now “More is better than less, but numerous is better than none” is my mantra!

Second, I employed to think I had to exercise at the same time, all the time. and if I didn’t I will have to just forget it until I could build the habit of doing it at the same time all the time. Well, that counsel may work for non-moms – but Cathy has shown me that we have to squeeze it in when we may – and has given me load of ideas on HOW to do it!

Get this book . It will get you MOVING!

THE BUSY MOM’S ULTIMATE FITNESS GUIDE is a comprehensive resource and motivational guide for women with children. As a personal trainer, I was impressed with the selective information Cathy gives in her book–but I was even more impressed by her sane approach to fitness. Everyone (not just busy moms!) has days where they recognise they need to exercise, but can’t fit the time in. Cathy’s got a solution for those days, and more. And the way she writes when it comes to these solutions makes you feel like it’s OK to have a less-strenuous workout when you just can’t fit it in.

No guilt, no stress, just good advice, well-presented. If you are a mom, know a mom, or are just insanely busy, you must read this book!
