I received this last week and have finished all of the workouts. Some critism of two DVD’s from another reviewing is brought up and while it could have fit on one DVD, how may he charge so much for one, so he put it on two. Bad move, but he’s making money. Speaking of which, the price is hefty, but WELL WORTH IT. Yes he stands around and talks, because HE IS YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER with this. Individual training sessions in a gym may cost up to $80/hour. He walks you through and explains the moves rather of doing them so you recognise you are doing them right. He’s fit as may be and focuses his attention on you so you may get the same results.
