    @shesmilesformiles I do not incline the treadmill at all. I started my setting around 2.0 to get used to the movements. Now it varies from 3.5 to even as high as 5.0 depending on the movement. I will try to post up another treadmill video as soon as I can & go through all the movements. I have not yet received my treadmill from the contest so if I can get access to one this week I post another video to help answer the question a little better.
