Great workout except…

It’s not heavy and doesn’t take up space so serves well as a each day exercise station. I use it while I watch a sitcom. It doesn’t give you a toned body in 1 week, but I purchased it for a long-term health betterment so I think it’s perfective for that purpose. The only complaint I had is the connecting piece of the resistance band was made of thin plastic so it broke when I was attempting to connect it to the machine, so I never got to use the band. I am using regular 3lb weight instead, and they work just as well. This might be the one I may stick with.

Mini Stepper Review

I was looking for a simple Mini Stepper to use with my exercise routine. After scouring the web, I ordered one at a big (nameless) division store which was shipped out in a week, but broken, so I returned it to the store. Then I decisive to visit my frequent source “Amazon.com” and found one that was suitable for my needs and at the right price.
It was shipped within the week and was in splendid condition. The mini stepper is easy to set up and use and offers a potpourri of exercises using the resistance bands. I am very happy with my buy and would commend this mini stepper for any individual who wants to use it for frequent use or for “Surge training”.

Worthless exercise equipment

The resistance band clips are made of plastic. They broke upon the very primary installation, rendering the bands unusable.

The odometer only works sporadically, then shuts itself off in the middle of a workout. You may never tell how long you’ve been on the equipment, making it inconceivable to get an precise calorie count, step count, etc.

The machine is not very quiet. My downstairs neighbors are capable to listen it. It puts out a bit too much noise for being so new. The stepping itself too often results in hitting the ground, as opposed to being supported in mid-step.

Working-out for twenty minutes, you don’t even break a sweat, or even get winded.

I commend you spend a few more dollars, and get a higher quality machine.
