5A great tool for healthful eating
By Foodie
This book is a terrific tool for those of us fascinated in healthful eating. The recipes are easy to prepare, cooking instructions are simple and most recipes take less than half an hour for prep. That the book holds recipes from famous chefs adapted as low fat, using fresh ingredients that are locally grown is a real bonus. Susan Spicer’s jambalaya is a favored in our household. Finally that the book is more at home on the kitchen counter than a coffee table speaks volumes regarding it is usefulness to the home cook.
