About the AuthorLate Manjita Srivastava received B.E. from University of Roorkee in 1964, M. Tech. from IIT Delhi in 1975. She had been on the faculty in Electronics & Communication Engineering in respective capacity for more than three decades at respective premiere institutes like BITS Pilani, Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. Her last assignment had been as Professor and Head, at MGM College of Engineering & Technology, Noida up to June 2006.She had taught a wide spectrum of courses in the area of Networks & Systems, Control Systems, Instrumentation, Electronic Devices and Circuits, Digital Electronics, and Communication Systems. Mahesh C. Srivastava received B.E. from University of Roorkee in 1960, M. Tech. from IIT Bombay in 1966 and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi in 1974. He has been on the faculty in Electronics & Communication Engineering since 1961 at IT BHU and BITS Pilani, Professor since 1977 at Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, Professor and Dean at KNIT Sultanpur. Since 2001 is Professor at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University, Noida. He has supervised exploration in Signal Processing and Communication and contributed 50 exploration papers. Smriti Bhatnagar received B. Tech in Electronics engineering and M.E. in control and instrumentation from M.N.R.E.C. Allahabad. Presently she is working as Sr. Lecturer in Electronics & Communication Engineering Department of JIITU, NOIDA since 2003. She had also been on the faculty in respective capacity for more than one decade at NSIT Delhi, and Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Delhi She had taught a wide spectrum of courses in the area of Advanced Digital Signal Processing and Microprocessor and Interfacing at M. Tech. Level and Networks & Systems, Signals & Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Control Systems, Electronic Devices & Circuits, Electronics, Microprocessor and Interfacing at B. Tech. Level.
