Great for Winter Workouts
By allineedismUsic7
I’m presently on winter break and don’t have access to the university gym. My cardio workout is easy to get since I may go running at the local track, but strength is hard to do without the right tools.
This is unquestionably ‘the right tool’. I may target my arms, shoulders, back, legs, abdominals with a wide range of exercise assortment so I’m never bored doing my strength toning. The design of this power tower is exceedingly efficient!!!Unlike most power towers which have an “H” style frame, this one doesn’t take up so much space and the arms fold upward.
I seldom buy fitness instrumentation (especially not online), but I was capable to get on this unit in the store. Tried it, liked it, glad I purchased it.
Hope this helps!!

4.5 stars actually…
By nhbfreestyle
For the price, I have to say this is the most economic power tower out there. I’m 5’9″ and 170lbs. Works fine for me. I have to step up to reach the pull up bars. I have a home gym in the garage but now and then it’s just too cold or hot to work out in there. This tower keeps me busy for the duration of those times of poor motivation due to uncomfortable external temperature. :/
PROs:
- Very stable (even when I’m doing a good deal of jerky motions just to test if it will topple).
- Space saver (relatively-speaking of course). All the exercises are positioned in the front (not numerous in front and galore in back like numerous others). This allows it to be placed closer to a wall or right in a corner. The dipping arms likewise fold up.
- Due to old age (and too much isolation exercises and not sufficient full-body-weight exercises), I found I was only competent to do 6 pullups in a row (using the door-mount type of bar). That started to frustrate me. When I purchased this, I was only capable to do 6 in a row on the initial day. 2 weeks later, I was doing 15 in a row x 3 sets.
- Pretty easy to assemble (1 hour – taking my time). You WILL need a helping hand when installing the bars.
CONs:
- The foam padding for handgrips are beauteous soft and low-quality. A couple of them came a little torn or are tearing already. Fixed that problem with a good deal of black duct tape. This is what the 1/2 star deduction is based on.
- If you put it in a [bed]room: once assembled, you can’t in truth move it from room to room without removing and then reinstalling the bars. It does not fit through a doorway to a complete degree assembled. According to Frohoss (a commenter), the accumulated dimensions are: 40L x 37W x 82H inches.
Other than the handgrips, this is a sturdy piece of instrumentation and is well worth the purchase.
…to your health! Strong mind, strong body, strong spirit!

Exactly what you hope it is going to be

When I was thinking of buying a power tower I didn’t want to spend a lot of cash but I did not want to buy a rickety tower or one that would be very bulky in the corner of my room. I err-ed to spend a little more than some of the other towers and am genuinely happy that I did. Its a outstanding tower, very sturdy, and doesn’t take over your room. Though Im not a huge person (165lb 5’9″) but there is no problem keeping my weight or with tilting or exuberant creaking.
