bad experience

I applied this stepper almost daily for a month and was happy with the product until a couple of days ago when the cable broke with no warning. I was stepping at a reasonably fast pace, and when the cable broke the machine came to a dead stop causing me to lose my remainder and fall off, preserving injuries. When I was resolving which stepper to buy and had narrowed my selections down to two, I chose this one because there was a comment on the other regarding the cable breaking. There are no specifications in the product description regarding weight limit (but my weight shouldn’t be a problem) or how vigorous a workout the machine will tolerate (isn’t that the point of aerobic exercise?). I’m returning this stepper (a reasonably painless process, thank you, Amazon) and will order a dissimilar one.

Does it is job

This stepper is average. There’s not one thing spectacular but it does it is occupation and it’s a good price. For a heap of reason when I tried to screw in the band into the right side it wouldn’t screw in all the way (whereas the left was fine). But it still works. I wish there was a tension setting on this because after using it a couple times I need a little more resistance. But I love that it’s little and lightweight and I may just pull it out when I’m not in the mood to trek to the gym.

Very disappointed !

Like the other reviewer I was very happy with the stepper and I used it almost everyday. But only with regards to one month later the wire cable broke, so I called the client service and they substituted me with another cable. I thought this one would last, but it only last for 3 times exercise and borke AGAIN! I am very disappointed and hoping I may return this product.
