4Effective Exercise Item

Inexpensive, lightweight, simple construction and fun to use.

I have applied step machines with pistons and braided cords [and worn out too some of them to count] and purchased this unit after my old Home Shopping Network air climber passed from physical life [purchased in the late 80s and it served me well].

The simplicity of the unit was likeable as were the tension bands and lack of requiring to be assembled.

It does crawl,but the better your remainder gets the less it travels. My solution was a set of exercise mat squares, a flattened cardboard box and the “mat” [actually a rubber backed throw rug] it came with, which combined, cut the crawling by in regards to 90%.

Were it not for this fault I would have given it 5 stars.

Comes with it’s own time and calorie tracking device.

It’s easy to use, but it takes a little getting employed to. Once adjusted to the motion and profiting better remainder as you proceed to use it, the time goes by quickly. My sessions on it have increased from 15 minutes to the 40 minutes I did just this afternoon. It’s little and unassuming but it will in truth get you to sweating and burning numerous calories.
