4Compact & Quiet
By Monica
Works well, no complaints so far….although I’ve only been using it a few weeks now. Quiet and compact, and YOU are capable to control speed and level of intensity. I in truth find it more relaxing than other machines/treadmills I’ve used because I’m always spending time or energy attempting to operate or change stuff on it to get the rectify level I need! This is easy and allows you to watch your bestloved TiVo’d show and the ONLY button to worry with is the fast forward on the remote to skip commercials! : )

5Perfect with a Standing Desk – highly recommended
By ama
I love to eat and prefer to expend an extra 100 calories an hour while at my office occupation than restrict my feed intake. This stepper lets me take pleasure in an extra 800 calories per day of good feed :)

I am a health educator and give hope or courage to my clients to incorporate low level action into their working day. This stepper is quiet and stable, and allows me to keep my legs moving gently while working at my standing desk. I may step and do my computer work and emails, including keyboarding, for hours while avoiding Sitting Disease. At higher intensity it will work as a cardio machine, but I use it just to keep my muscles contracting and blood flowing and to improve insulin resistance all day long.

I fetch it home on weekends to have at my home computer. It weighs only 17 pounds, and is compact sufficient to carry with one hand. Raise your computer on a ordinary bank box to test it out, before investing in a standing desk.

Watch this video by Dr Levine of the Mayo Clinic in regards to NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) for more science when it comes to this effect.
